The things people ring up and ask — including the big one about warranty.
No. Under Australian Consumer Law you can have your car serviced at any qualified workshop without losing the manufacturer's warranty — you are not tied to the dealership.
What matters is that the service follows the manufacturer's schedule, uses the correct parts and oils, and is recorded in your log book. We do all three.
A standard service is usually the same day — drop it in the morning, pick it up in the afternoon. If we find something that needs attention we'll call you before doing any extra work.
For short jobs, yes. For a full service you're better off dropping the car and coming back — we'll call as soon as it's ready.

Yes. European, Japanese, Korean, Australian — passenger cars, SUVs and light commercials. If a job needs a specialist tool we don't have, we'll tell you rather than take it on and hope.
Parts we supply and fit are covered. If something we've replaced fails within the warranty period, bring it back and we'll sort it out. Details are printed on your invoice.
Every invoice is itemised — each job line, each part, and the labour, with GST shown. You get it by email and it's kept in your history, which is worth having when you sell the car.
Booking is better — it means we've got a hoist free and the right parts on hand. You can book online any time, or call during opening hours.
