About us

Right Auto Repairs started with a simple idea: most people don't dislike mechanics, they dislike not knowing. Not knowing what's wrong, not knowing what it should cost, not knowing whether the thing they're being told needs replacing actually does.

So that's what we set out to change. We quote before we start. We show you the old part. We explain what's urgent and what can wait until next time — and we mean it when we say something can wait.

Over thirteen years we've built the workshop mostly on word of mouth, one customer telling another. A large part of our community is Punjabi-speaking, and being able to explain a repair properly in someone's own language turns out to matter a great deal. It's where our name comes from.

ਸਹੀ ਹੱਥਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ means “in the right hands” — a small play on the name, in both languages. It's the promise we'd want made to us.

We're growing, and we're looking at a bigger workshop so we can take more cars and get them back to you faster. Same people, same way of working.
